i-94 renewal?

Hi guys,

 

I took Eva to the DMV this morning for her written test.

 

One of the clerks said that she couldnt help us because Eva's i-94 stamp had expired (March 5), and that they could only help us 60 days prior to the expiration date.

 

Is it pretty easy to get the i-94 renewed? It's the first time I've heard about this, so I thought I'd seek advice from the members here.

There is NO renweing of a K-1 I-94 card.

 

You file AOS for green-card and attach an I-765 for EAD. You can then use EAD or green-card to apply for a driver's license.

Same thing happened to us. We are waiting for her green card.
