PJ
Hi All, Woah, lots of new posts on Candle. I'll catch up on everything and contribute some of the stories of my trip ... after I finish my fiancee's I-129F and assorted paperwork and catch up on sleep. Since I'm exhausted, figured I'd better double-check with everyone as I work on the application. Questions: 1. The address I have for the I-129 petition for fiancee visa is: USCIS TSC PO Box 850965 Mesquite, TX 75185-0965 Is this correct? 2. Whom do we make the $110 application fee out to? Last time I made it to the "Immigration and Naturalization Service", has this changed since the INS was renamed to BCIS and reorganized? Anyone make a payment to them lately? Thanks, P.J. Mick
Welcome back PJ. We also used the TSC for our original application over two years ago. I think the check has to be made to BCIS. There has been some posts that state you have to write out the full name of the agency, rather than just using the abbreviation. Hope you get some rest and let us know about your trip soon. Stats
Welcome back PJ. Too bad you have to file at TSC, like I did. I just saw a 14 day approval from Vermont Link to comment
