G-325 photo requirement

Recommended Posts

Do I need 1 photo for each page of all 4 pages of the G-325A? As in 4 photos? Or just one photo for all 4 pages as 'one document'? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

According to G-325a instructions "If you have any questions on how to complete the form, call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

It is not a dumb question, as the instructions for the form are not real clear. ;)

While this is a four page form, and each page goes to separate entities/locations, you only need one photo for each quad of the G-325A. So one photo for your beneficiary(s) and one photo for your pack of forms. While many here say to put in a plastic bag and staple to a blank sheet of paper behind the form; I used two of the large paper clips (bottom and side) on all three of my form packets, for me, Lao Po and daughter. There was no RFE for clips vs, baggie. :)

Don't forget to put the name of the person in the photo on the back of each print.

The I-130 instructions state:

"C. A passport-style color photo of yourself and a passport-style color photo of your husband or wife, taken within 30 days of the date of this petition. The photos must have a white background and be glossy unretouched and not mounted. The dimensions of the full frontal facial image should be about 1 inch from the chin to top of the hair. Using pencil or felt pen, lightly print the name (and Alien Registration Number, if known) on the back of each photograph."

So... one picture of each...
