Can someone provide a valid phone number and info about how to call the Guangzhou Consulate? The numbers listed on the Web site appear not to be answered. My fiance has tried to call several times at the correct hour and found it impossible to get through. We were told the numbers had been changed recently. Is this something that occurs often to reduce call volume?
