HelloWorld08
i found a co-sponsor, he is my brother in law's good friend, but he lives in another state, does this matter? Link to comment
dnoblett
May need to demonstrate how you know each other, but it should be fine. Note: If doing K-Visa, the co sponsor provides an I-134, and the co-sponsor is NOT obligated to later be joint sponsor when adjusting status. I-134 will require the usual income evidence, (Past year IRS return ((1040+W2/1099) OR (Simple IRS transcripts)), Employer letter, copies of Recent pay stubs.) Link to comment
