yanhua
hi,all! I arrived in the U.S on a k1 visa last month. I had all the vaccination done in China already (which is required for immigrant visas). Do i need to file my vaccination paper to adjust my status after we get married? Thanks! Link to comment
Guest Long_strider
We prepared the vacination papers by the civil surgeon when we filed for AOS. However the BCIS rep told us that we must bring them in a sealed enveloped to the interview and not present them with the AOS filing. Hmm, i just wanted to unload the paperwork then, but the BCIS Rep told us to hold on to them until the interview. Mi Link to comment

Atlanta BCIS required that we submit the sealed envelope with the AOS application. Again, different offices, different requiremets. Link to comment
