LeeFisher3 Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 It says "Application prepared by" and "Relationship to Applicant" if this was only for attorneys, why would they ask the second question? I have always considered it just one more way to provide another piece of evidence toward a bona fide relationship and the petitioners full involvement with the beneficiary. Besides, it doesn't cost you a thing to put your name there. Link to comment
