I-129F Question

The whole point here is that you have options - choose the one that works. Right now, his choice is whether to send in the I-129F or not. He can decide later whether to pursue that option or not.

 

I received my NOA a couple days ago and also am starting my I-129F.

I am from FL and my I-130 was sent to the CA office...in the I-129 instructions I am supposed to send my packet to TX. This perplexes me and makes me wonder if the system is intelligent enough to work my case from two different offices. What do ya think

 

AND...you wrote we could decide later which visa to persue...how does that work? Bu ming bi
