we are preparing ducuments for cr-2 , we want to know what ducuments we need to prepare for IV Package that we need to send to the NVC?

DS-230 part 1 ? is DS-230 part needed?

Photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic data page

Original/certified copy of beneficiary¡¯s birth certificate

 

what else? do I miss some thing?

Just the DS-230 Part 1 and OF-169 is needed to be returned to consulate.

 

Everything else is brought to the consulate for interview, typically bring everything to medical center, they will organize it and place it in the medical packet.

Dan are you sure about this? The Procedures changed in Oct. 08. I am not sure of all the changes, but the ORIGINAL docs are sent to the NVC, and I think the Medical people do not touch the docs anymore. Mike & Yizhen

The OF-169 is only used for K-visas, and the docs are submitted to the consulate the day of the interview. DS230 part 1 signed, and part 2 unsigned are both sent to the NVC with all the ORIGINAL docs for IR/CR visas. Mike & Yizhen

Yep, just have part 2 handy for the interview just in case they want it.
