Your position3. salary4. hire date5. part-time or full time just tell your HR dept that you need an employment verification letter and they know what information to put for you.. Link to comment
dnoblett Posted January 27, 2009 Report Share Posted January 27, 2009 Basically, your employer letter should state "To whom it may concern: (first name,last name) has been employed full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an annual salary of $XXXX.
