roadwarrior
Maybe I'm just paranoid, I'm planning to redeem some of my frequent flyer miles to get a ticket for my fianc¨¦e. However, I can only redeem miles for a round-trip ticket. Would a round-trip ticket cause any problem at the POE? Thanks. Edited January 23, 2009 by roadwarrior (see edit history) Link to comment

dnoblett
Not at all, go with what ever saves you the most $$$. The POE does not check for a return ticket for a person with a K-Visa, this visa has the intent of staying, so does not need a return ticket. Link to comment
roadwarrior
One more question, should I booked the ticket under her Chinese name (in Chinese character) or PinYin? Link to comment
roadwarrior
Just called airline, the reservation has to be in English (i.e. PinYin). Link to comment
Sebastian
One more question, should I booked the ticket under her Chinese name (in Chinese character) or PinYin? it'll be roman characters (pinyin) - will match what's in her passport and her china id card. So if her name is Yang XiaoMei, the ticket will be printed as 'Yang XiaoMei' ... it's easy thing - just use what's in the passport, her visa stamp will match what's in the passport. Link to comment
