Question on sending in evidences

I have a question about sending in evidence. Let's say I missed out some evidences when I file I-130. Could I put those left out evidences when I file I-129F (if I am filing K3) and consulate can still get those evidences at the end?

yes, i would think so. especially if your interview is for the k3 visa and you dont pursue the cr1. good luck.

so if cr1 comes in earlier/quicker, where is the best place to add in more evidences

I think the sooner the better. As long as it is there you should be good, they look more at the completeness of the package then when it is sent in I think. Lee would be a good one to answer this one.

There isn't much chance of adding evidence to an approved I-130 if you are trying to front load an application because the USCIS wouldn't see it and GUZ might look at it suspiciously.
