fcvsff
Hi, thanks for looking at the post and helping me out here. I just graduated from college have a job which makes wayyy more than the poverty line. However, I only filed tax return in 2007 because I have done an internship back then. It seems like bringing 3 years of tax return is a 'standard rule' in GUZ, I am wondering can I just bring my last yr(my only year tax return), and employee letter and pay stab?? Will that be enough? or do i need a co-sponsor? Thanks Link to comment
areynolds
Hey i am a student right now and have about 1.5 years left studying i am using a lawyer to process my paperwork and they are having me use a cosponsor even though i opened a business and could be proving way more than enough this year china wants 3 years it sucks but what you gonna do .....i would recomend just so that you dont add any delays to your process having a co-sponsor ready and submitting it anyway that way they will not only see your proven income but that you have complied to the policies of their "system" per say... good luck Link to comment
Sebastian
fcvsff - prepare 3 years of returns, file when/where you need to. work up an employment letter with the hr department at your company. If you think you need a co-sponser, get one. Good Luck ! Edited January 21, 2009 by Darnell (see edit history) Link to comment
