Filing addresses for these forms for K1/K2.

 

I live in Virginia. I think I am supposed to send the I-485 package to USCIS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120. Is that correct?

 

Also, on the I-765, for my wife I fill in C-9 on item number 16, but what about my step son (K2). Is that the same for him?

Yes for the K-2, he is adjusting status too, so his EAD is also based on a pending I-485. (C-9)
