Bill & Angel
I've downloaded the instruction manual for form I-131, and it was no help in determining what the 3rd field in part 1 means. It's called "Class of Admission", but I don't know what should go into this field. Can someone help? Basically, we are filing I-131 with our I-485 (AOS) so that she can visit her family in China before the green card arrives. She is currently in the US with a K1 visa. Link to comment
MikeXiao
Your class of admission can be found on the visa that you presented at the time of your arrival. Link to comment
LeeFisher3
That would be "K-1 Visa Holder". BTW you might as well complete the I-765 for EAD because you're paying for it anyway. Link to comment
