P3

According to my phone conversation with NVC my K1 Petition was send out on Nov 25th, 2008 to GuangZhou, China. My Fianc¨¦e still has not received P3 yet. Is this normal? What is the average time between P2 and P3?

 

I read that we can call DOS to get some more information regarding P3. What information do I need in order to call DOS? Will they need me to provide them with a case number?

The average time for P3 (K1) is about 2 to 3 months. I'm doing IR5 for my parents, it's similar to IR1, my case was sent by NVC back in Sep 08', still waiting on the P4, so 4 months and nothing yet.... All we can do is be patient and wait longer.

 

Who knows maybe tomorrow your P3 and my P4 will pop up at their doors.

Ours was sent out on the 6th, an P3 was just mailed. You are in the norm, less CNY which is going to delay you a bit longer.

Well, from NVC sent out til GUZ got them, it took 2months for us. I think your file is still in good hands.
