can someone post the chinese translations of all the documents that is required at the interview?

Here are the forms and informationt that is sent from the consulate, it does require that you have PDF installed to view/print the forms.

i looked over the forms and got a few questions:

DS-230 part one

 

Question number 1 : should this be filled out in Chinese?

 

Question number 3: Use letters A-Z?

 

Question number 10: write my address, she will be living with me?

 

Question number 12: she does not work so just write N/A?

 

Question number 14: skip this question?

 

Question number 19-22: skip all of these, should i write N/A in the boxes?

in regards to question 22, she is only 22 so she has not worked in the last 10 years..

also she is over 16, so she only needs to fill out Nonimmigrant Visa Application for Applicants 16 Years and Older (DS-157) (two sets) and disregard Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-156) (two sets)?

nope she does it at her interview (i assume you mean 230 part 2)
