inquiet
Greetings,Thanks to all the people who regularly post with valuable information on this forum, it's greatly appreciated. My question is: Should I send the information my fiancee will need from me for packet 3, in order to expedite things once she actually receives the packet? Is this what most of you guys did? Documents for I-134 and everything that was required for I-129?Thanks Link to comment
dnoblett
Actualy all they need from you will be brought to the visa interview after P4. All that is returned from P3 to the consulate is DS-230 part 1, and OF-169. Many prepare these 2 forms, and as soon as they know that the consulate has mailed out the P-3, they pop these 2 docs into the mail before receiving the P-3. You find out that P-3 has been sent out by GUZ by callong DOS Visa services. Address to mail P-3 docs back to is: United States Consulate GuangzhouIV Unit1 Shamian South StreetGuangzhou, 510133 PRC DS-230 http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdfOF-169 http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/up...ts_-_OF-169.pdf Link to comment

Wendy W
Hi Thanks for the information. The I-129 has both english version and chinese version, should I fill both and send back? Link to comment
Sebastian
Wendy - yes - you should fill out all portions of the I-129 in both English and Chinese, and send it back. Nah, don't do that. Dylan has already handled the I-129F for you. You prolly mean some other forms, right? For the P-3 'package'? When you or Dylan has 'notice' that the P-3 has been sent, YOU can send in your own P-3 forms to GUZ, without waiting for the packet to physically arrive in the postal mail . Link to comment

ultradeepbase
Thanks for this great information. I was just getting ready to post a question asking for this very information. I think this particular thread is a prime candidate for "sticky" status to put at the top of the "P-3" section on CFL. For us, particularly, it was helpful because my fiance is unsure if she will be able to receive mail at her current address. In her city most people get their mail at their place of employment. Thanks everyone for this helpful information. Link to comment
