Airline tickets need fast ASAP

Hello folks.

Don't have much time so i will get right to the point.

 

Just got a phone call for Hongs sister and her father is not going to make it.

 

We already have flight tickets for the 23rd of next month through air china.

 

Tried to change them but had no luck.

 

Anyone know what i should do?

We need tickets ASAP.

 

Wish i could give more info but the phone keeps ringing and very busy.

I don't know about Air China but when my mother died my brother flew out from Ohio on American Airlines. There was a delay for the funeral and when he tried to postpone his flight back they told him no. I got on the phone and wouldn't give up until I could talk to a supervisor. I refused to take no for an answer and asked him how he would feel it it was his mother. I had to pay an extra 100 dollars to get it done but it happened.

 

If that doesn't work your best bet for fast tickets would probably be flychina.com they can fix you up with a visa fast too if you don't already have one. That's what I did when Bing got her blue slip and I had to fly over there.
