ds-230 question

Hey,

i just paid the IV fee bill.My question is: does my wife have to wait until she recieves the DS-230 in the mail.(she made a mistake,as choice of agent,she chose her,and so it will go to her)OR....can she download the forms,fill them out and send them to me,and then i will maiil it to NVC.I paid online,and once payment clears,i can print the barcode sheet.all is good there.

she can download the forms, fill them out and send it to you, don't forget the required documents for the ds-230. she should print out the barcod sheet to include in the mail.

my wife can't read english very well so i filled out the form for her and told her where to sign. she don't have a printer either, just a laptop. i think we are in the same visa route.
