Thanks that is valuable information because I think she screwed up. I will review the paperwork when I get home. i think she only paid the 355.00 dollars once. But she has only paid 400.00 for the IV bill. I told her she needs to contact NVC and staighten it out.

 

I now may have a big problem because I also need to bring my step son with my wife here and I am now at NVC. I only hope she can straighten it out now.

I hope your lawyer didn't screw up because if she did ...an I-130 will have to be filed for your step-son.

Boy...if your lawyer screwed up..you would have only two options:

 

option 1..would be file an I-130 for your step-son but it would have to go through one of the two Service Centers,,and finally get to NVC.

 

option 2..would be file an I-129F for your wife's I-130..but you would still have to wait for it to go through the one of the two service centers.

 

Neither option is good and would require much more time...Lets hope your lawyer didn't screw up....
