Vkearney3
Well, everything was going so well up till today when I found out I had made the most stupid mistake ever. I didn't sign my check. Go so over my head, happy everything was complete, i forgot to sign the god damn check. So they sent the entire packet back to me. They gave me the notice stating that the personnel check was not correct and o re-submit the packet with a new personnel check. So I rushed home from work and did so and mailed it back out express after a 20 minute round on my punching bag. So my main concern is now, they sent my package back otu of all the beautiful craftsmen ship I put into the 4 folder approach and just stapled what they wanted together and put her pictures in their own plastic bag. Now looking at the side of every paper seems they started to process this since it has some computer code down every page on the side and some stamps. Now my concern is, do you think they expected me to create an entire new packet as well? Or they would have stated that? i just sent packet back as how they mailed it back to me with the new and correctly signed check. Anyone ever come across this stupidness as well? Link to comment
dnoblett
Dont sweat this, you did it correctly, they just needed the check signed, and yes I have read if others doing the same. Yes they do start processing the papers, so leave them as they are and send back. Link to comment
Vkearney3
Thank you once again for assurance. I try not to get angry at these stupid mistakes but sometimes i just need to let it out with beating the crap out of a sandbag. I guess thats the attitude of a 24 year old. But you have made me feel much better, thank you. re-submit is better then denial. Link to comment
Randy W
They're more interested into getting it to fit on their Acco binders than they are in the 'craftsmanship'.Make things easy to find, and put it all onto 8 1/2x11 or A4 paper is what I recommend. Link to comment
Vkearney3
oh by "craftsmen ship" I did what you said, Acco folders, everything perfectly, front of each folder labeled with what's in each folder. They just took those Acco folder holders and ripped them, and mailed them back along with the cover sheet torn to me, with my packet of papers stapled together how they wanted it i guess. But however they want it. As long as they approve our case and finally let us live together with out this worry. Link to comment

Yes - exactly why I favor the "pile of paper" approach - they can punch their own damn holes! Link to comment

georgeandli
Not even a mistake. Oversight Just for safety's sake pull your copies and make another set to resubmit. It will give you something to pass the time while you wait. Not that I'm saying ..... you never know. Link to comment
