I called my wife and she told me she finally got her ex to give permission for her daughter to immigrate to the US. She also told me that she had gotten him to go to the notary office and complete the permission form. When I called her she was at the passport office getting the passport for her daughter! Now if we can get the Consulate to send the P3 we can move ahead. Link to comment
