My questions are as follows:

 

1. Were you inspected by an officer? Yes/ No?

2. In what status were you last seen? K-1?

3. Is Nonimmigrant Visa Number the same as the control number on the K-1 visa or the nine digits in red?

4. What documents satisfy the secondary evidence of birth certificate?

5. Is G-28 necessary?

6. How long is the I-94 number (nine or eleven digits)?

Jing Quan, If you came in through an immigration line [airport etc.] you were "inspected".#2 Depends on your status on entry. #5 If you want to be able to access info and talk for your SO [fiancee] then file, not mandatory.
