Guest Rob & Jin Posted August 1, 2008 Report Share Posted August 1, 2008 we sent our pre-filed out forms back the very same day that (DOS)said P-3 was posted ,cant say it really speeded it up any. Having said that the clock ticks from your return date I think, if you look at those who dont return docs quickly their timelines get longer. But its complex as name checks can vary alot in their duration and GUZ wont make you "eligible for interview" until its/they are complete. My own belief is if you send the forms back before they have "opened" your file they may just trash them, but you can try, just have copies ready for if they ignore /trash them.
