OK, the VO was rude ... not too much you can do about that at GZ. You could try writing factual letters after the visa is granted and used. It's a long shot if that will have any effect.

 

Sounds to me like this was decided before the interview. Rong has two children. This is not usual in China. There are many cases where couples try to take another child from the extended Chinese family with them when the lady emigrates to America. We have seen a number of these on CFL and I'm sure there are many more flying below the radar. To take a child that is not yours is prohibited. Your case was flagged internal to GZ as possibly one of these. The very impolite lady has asked Rong to provide DNA evidence. This is straightforward. The suspicion is not unfounded. If both children are hers this should be quickly resolved.

 

I'm sorry she had such an unpleasant experience with the VO but chances for success in the future are bright. The cup is more than half full ...

yes....i am aware this happens...but she had all the supporting documentation for this...hospital booklets for when both children were born, birth certificates in both languages, the birth certificates notarials, divorce booklet stating custody and certified translations, letter from her ex stating his permission to take children to USA, photos of her and the children from when they were babies to now....she had it all, but "M" would not even look at it!!!

 

And the I-134 that she was also gigged for, rong had this and gave to her...."M" just chose not to even look at it!!....was nothing wrong with the I-134 that was presented to her.

 

Rong asked her why the blue slip and "M" just told her if she does not leave now, the police will come to remove her

You guys bring to 14 couples now, including us, who had that same slimeball sorry excuse of a human being as their VO.

 

Just give the jerks the crap they asked for and hope they let Rong out of their evil talons.

 

I'm really sorry to see this buddy. At least "M" gave Rong a blue slip that asked for something, that's not her usual game. One day, "M" will keel over dead from her anger and she will rot in hell for her shitty deeds to others.

yes....i know....and i also know that what you and i and the rest of the group of 14 think and really want to say is not fit for print in even the "bluest" of website forums....

 

ya know what really sucks is that the consulate continues to employ her....these people...the VO's, are "ambassadors" of the USA, and i would think their superiors would want them to give a favorable impression of what a United States citizen is like...i can tell ya right now that my gal thinks shit of americans because of her treatment there.....when she was given the blue slip, rong asked the VO "why?"....the VO told her if she does not leave immediately, she will call the police to have her removed....now what the hell kind of treatment is this???.....rong was among the last few to be interviewed...there were several VO's with no one at there window...was no reason to hurry for anything....the freakin I-134 was right in front of her and she did not even look at it....then on the blue slip it says we need a I-134....WTF????...how is it that her (M's) superiors do not know what a sham she is and how detrimental she is to the publics view of her peers....where is her boss?....is definately time for housecleaning in GUZ

 

 

Steve, until I read the PM from a guy who had the same interview with "M" that you just had,and that we had a year ago, I thought I was a million miles away from "M". My reaction to you guys meeting up with the speculation and conjecture and the arrogant bullshit attitude of a complete jackass named "M" popped my circuit breaker. I haven't even answered the PM and as I said, it took 3 tries to say I was sorry to see this happen to you and Rong. When I read the story of you two guys interviews it was like I was reading word for word parts of what that bitch did to my girlfriend and our son.

 

My girlfriend and I are just 2 months away from the denial given us by that disgusting bitch...and we both have never been happier. We are on the verge of buying a house in China, planning an upcoming trip where we will have a private marriage, and we laugh like school girls on the phone. Life has never been better for us. Our bona fide relationship no longer has any third party interference from the american government.

 

On the extremely rare occasion that the awful letters "M", "GUZ" or "DOS" are even spoken by one of us it's like we are talking about someone else...that's how far in the past "M" and the DOS and GUZ have receded from our lives. And believe you me, it's RARE that those damned letters EVER are spoken by us. Life is just too positive and happy to be lived thinking about "M" or the DOS.

 

Hang in there buddy...look at the positive sides to this and jump through the dumb-assed hoops "M" and the stupid laws of america

are asking you to jump through. Someone that has not been in your shoes has no clue what it's like. Now you see all the crying about the P-3 waiting time is just plain silliness.

 

Rong is being asked for overcome evidence. Be positive and thank your lucky stars my friend...most people that run into "M" never get asked for a single F'ing thing...and they have a much more bona fide relationship that she will ever have in her sorry life.

 

I see people talking about trying to do something about "M". Let me tell you, "M"s new boss... is WORSE THAN SHE IS. Yeah, complain to THAT boss...she and "M" will have a party as they write up your WHITE slip for ya. And, they have the american LAW behind them, they can do anything with the law that they bloody well please.

 

Good luck Steve, ol' Rong is a REAL criminal with that second child there.

 

"M" doesn't care to see evidence that is contrary to what "she" thinks. She threw away more proof of our bona fide relationship than she took. That's just the way she and her speculation and conjecture work. It's like why let the truth interfere with her speculation and conjecture?

 

"M" will rot in hell..the free passes for her kind of life only go down, not up.
