New vaccination requirements

Thought this might be of interest to someone.I am wondering if this would apply to those applying for lifting of conditions also (does'nt say so).

Won't apply for removal of conditions, vaccination and medical are requirements of residency, conditional or un-conditional.

 

That is for an immigrant visa like CR-1 or IR-1, OR are when adjusting status from NON-Immigrant (K-Visa) to Immigrant (I-485)

 

Med and vaccinations are NOT a requirement of I-751 (Removal of conditions)

So, now we need to get

 

Rotavirus

Hepatitis A

Meningococcal

Human papillomavirus

Zoster

 

before we start our AOS?

For AOS you will be required to get a US civil surgeon to fill out an I-693 (Vaccination part only), and if the CS requires additional vaccinations, they will tell you what is appropriate for age group. Edited July 28, 2008 by dnoblett (see edit history)
