well we waited 82 days from NVC to case becoming "Open" CONSULATE RECEIVED. Others waited >120 days, nothing you can do the consulate will pick them up when they are ready.

"Contact DHL" means that GUZ needs to contact DHL to arrange delivery. This usually means that GUZ needs to sign the customs papers.

 

They'll get to it when they get to it.

The whole process is broken and I do not think they take anything in any sort of order. Our timeline stinks and it just seems to take longer and longer.

Personally I never saw much good in tracking petitions on DHL. All it means is a box of petitions which you are guessing yours is in was sent to the warehouse in GZ to await customs clearance and GZ to pick up. I suppose it does give one a feeling of doing something when there is actually nothing you can do.

i was told our package was send on 7/2 and when i call DOS today, it actually shows the package has arrived in Guz and waiting to be process

your package can arrived in the city of GZ, but then, i think it will take some time for it to be picked up, unless your package is less than 2lbs, then it doesn't require any paperwork to clear the custom.
