michaln Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 well ling had her interview today the interviewer was a very nice lady before we went to her office she asked ling if she could speak Englishling answered yes once we got sworn in and sat down she asked for ID's ,birth ,certificates passports,marriage documents,tax returns ,pay stubs,letter from employer,pictures and asked ling who were the people (my family )then she asked ling our address, (at this point ling started to get nervous and said so) phone #,what country did you come from,when she came to the US ,how we met ,do you want to work, questions 1,2,3,6,9,12,14, from the I-485 then asked me how many times I had been to china did I meet lings familymy cell phone # are the marriage docs and tax documents copies I replied no the are originals but you can keep the tax papers we need to keep the marriage book though she said I will copy these and be back Link to comment
