I dont see a supplemental sheet on the CR-1 packets either 3 or 4 on the GUZ site.

 

Whats the form #? GNI-2 is just for k-1's

This form is called the GIV packet 3 Supplemental. It is for CR1. I did not have this one on my K1 ago. This comes from the NVC to be sent in with the DS-230. I am putting in the Chinese characters so there is no need for her to do this. At the bottom is just says signature but not who's signature. I am thinking it will be mine since I am filling out the form?

This form is not mentioned on the travel.state.gov website that I can see. It comes with the DS-230 packet that the NVC sends out. I'll try and send it to the dudes.

Oh yeah, just got this DS-230 packet yesterday. After I send this in then I am finished with the NVC!!! Next stop, GUZ in December more than likely.

This is really just a way for them to know where to send the P4 and make sure it gets there, that's why it needs to be filled out in Chinese.

I have since learned that GZ does not require this form. Too bad the NVC doesn't know that!

Dating back to late 2006:

 

Those who have filed a I-130 for a CR1 are reporting that NVC is sending them the P3 supplemental sheet.

 

Does NVC still need to submit this (and members return it to NVC), or is NVC just not up to date with the consulate's discontinuation of it's use?

The Consulate no longer uses the P3 supplemental sheet in question. NVC may still be sending them out with their packets, but again, we don't need them on our end here!

The Consulate no longer uses the P3 supplemental sheet in question. NVC may still be sending them out with their packets, but again, we don't need them on our end here!

 

Thanks David!!!! Seeing as I have to send the sheet back to the NVC then they can do with it what they wish. I think no one wants to take a chance and have the NVC tell them "we have found missing or incomplete documents."
