AOS for K3

What is up with the USCIS Help Line.

I can never get a complete answer.

 

I am filling the AOS paperwork for my K1 ( now my wife).

G325a, I-864, I-485, I-765e, I693

Do I need to fill all of these forms for her son also? He is 11 years old.

I woman on the USCIS Help Line only said "I-485"

The child will need the I-485, the G-325A, and the I-864. The I-693 can be completed and hand over to you by the civil surgeon you choose.

Exception, child does not need a G-325A if child is under 14, and also fee for child is $600 if under age 14.

 

13. Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet.

 

You must submit a completed Form G-325A if you are between 14 and 79 years of age.

 

Applicants under 14 years of age: - Filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $600 - Not filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $930

I was thinking K-2, but my fingers did not listen.
