credzba
That might explain why I have very little problem with jet lag. I really hate airplane food, and seldom eat while on the plane. Since it is about 18 hours from Texas to Shanghai, I generally don't eat for that long. On the way back to america, I have a much worse time with jet lag, but I always attributed it to leaving my wife behind, and no interest in adapting to america time. However, my wife always packs me food for the trip home, so I eat on the return trip. I may test the theory, and don't eat that good Chinese food on my way home this time ... no, sorry my desire to eat my wifes cooking far exceeds my concern with jet lag. I can not do experiment even for science )
