Aren't you submitting a separate case for the K1 and K2? So they each need their own set of supporting documents... the immigrant being sponsored for each I-864 will be that person. Since you are submitting separate cases, your not supposed to put any person on another form, else that double counts them (what if one gets approved and another doesn't get approved).

 

You can call the USCIS line and ask for an AOS specialist to talk through the AOS packet submission too; the I-864 for multiple family members is the trickiest part.

That is what I figured originally, but it is a little confusing.

 

So in Part 3 I sponsor the K-1 on one 864, then sponsor the K-2 on the other one like I did on the 134 before??

 

Also, anyone have a good number for USCIS to get some AOS help on the formula??
