Inailit88 Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Hi I just realized that i made a mistake when i file I-485......instead of making the check to "u.s department of homeland security" i wrote it to "USCIS"......wondering what i should do to correct that....or they'll just cash the check with no problem?....my application has been sent out since april 9th..and they got it on april 13th...and today's 18th..and the check hasn't been cashed yet......any suggestions ....?... thank you andy Link to comment

Right, they corrected for me....check just cleared the bank today.....and they stamped "u.s departemnet of homeland security.." on the "payable to" section thanks dnobett Link to comment
