rogerluli
http://www.bjreview.com/culture/txt/2008-0...tent_100613.htm A performance of the Chinese classic "Dream of the Red Chamber" was a huge hit in NY when recently shown to a select audience. We watched last year as they had a long contest on CCTV to select actors to play the roles in a new TV series production. It really showed how Chinese people treasure their culture that there was such intent interest. I'm not sure when it will air but it should be a great thing to see. There are 400 characters in the novel and if you think Russian novels can get complex... Link to comment
