Juette Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 I have a friend that has come to me for assistance on bringing his fiancee and her minor child from the Philippines. Am I correct in my thinking that his filing for a K-1 visa (I-129F) will allow the fiancee and the minor child to come to the USA at the same time? Is there any separate paperwork that needs to be filed on the minor child? Link to comment

LeeFisher3 Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 The child only needs to be listed on the I-129F to be included. The first paperwork requirement for a child is when P3 is received, a separate DS-230 and OF-169 or whatever they use needs to be returned. P4 will also have separate forms for the child that must be completed. Link to comment
