P4 forms in Chinese

We have P4. But all forms are in Chinese.

 

Does she need to fill-in the forms in Chinese?

When we were in Gunagzhou, I asked the counselor officer at ACH that question. The answer is if the applicant, beneficiary is proficient in English, then do the English versions of the forms.

THey only sent her the Chinese version. But i have already Downloaded and filled-in the English versions.

Or can she just bring to interview?

I-134 not needed at the medical, Yu brought it to the interview, funny thing, Yu does not remember the interviewing officer asking for or looking at our I-134.

 

Yu's interview was a breeze, compared to others I have read about.

Where it asks for Spouse/Fiance information. Does this mean her Ex-Husband or Me(Fiance)?

And does this need to be filled in Chinese and English?

He is under 16 years old.
