I sent the I-751 which was received by TSC on 2/14/08. The check has not been cashed. When should the check be cashed and when should we receive the NOA.

I sent the I-751 which was received by TSC on 2/14/08. The check has not been cashed. When should the check be cashed and when should we receive the NOA.

I-751 check cash and NOA should happen a few weeks to a month or so after filing.

 

I-751 tends to take some time, the NOA letter will extend the green-card for a year.
