It doesn't seem like they stick to the appt. times too strickly. They do in Houston (at least for the ASC on 290W). If you get there before the appt time, you wait outside until it's time. Same at Jacksonville. They won't let you in prior to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Okay, I'll amend my post. If you have your biometrics done at the office in Aurora, Illinois, just off Route 59... go early. Link to comment

Took us right in and got us out in a few minutes. They even filled out daughters form while i helped fill out wifes form just get us out faster. Link to comment
