amerchin
We received our I-751 biometrics appointment today for February 13, 2008. I had tried to enter our application number on our NOA at their website since we received the NOA and USCIS website kept on replying there's an error. This time I inputed the application number on the Biometrics notice and it said to follow the directions given on the notice. So much for finding out the status of our case but at least we have an appointment. Our application was process through Vermont and the website updated for January is still stuck on processing March 1, 2007 applications for at least 2 months or more! I'm happy for the biometrics but it seems to be a slow as molasses movement in the future waiting time for the 10 year GC. Link to comment
dnoblett
No worries, you have NOA1 letter for the I-751, it extends green-card for 1 year. Link to comment
warpedbored
We filed it a year ago last October. It took 7 months to be approved. Link to comment
BuffaloPaul
Yeah, its much slower than for 2 year card. We filed at VSC in Oct for 10 yr. Wife had biometrics appt in Jan but they seem to have forgotten about my step daughter. Link to comment
