Jay & Ping
My fiancee has moved. We are waiting for NOA2 from CSC. She is still in the same city. When is the best time to inform "the system" of her change of address? Link to comment
dnoblett
After petition is assigned a DOS case number and after it is sent to the consulate. Email the consulate the new address using the DOS case number assigned by NVC. Call or email NVC a few weeks after getting approval notice from USCIS to get DOS case number. (if you call talk to an operator, automated system will not have info for K-Visas) http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html Consulate Email. http://www.usembassy-china.org.cn/guangzhou/iv/email.html Link to comment

I could find nothing in the USCIS site. AR-11 did not look appropriate. Not having seen an NOA2 (Boo-Hoo) I didn't know if there was a form there. I'll keep this info - Thanks again. Link to comment

Same goes for sponsor, they file I-865 any time the sponsor moves. Link to comment
Shenzhen K-1
My fiancee has moved. We are waiting for NOA2 from CSC. She is still in the same city. When is the best time to inform "the system" of her change of address? Dan has good advice as normal. We e-mailed GZU about a change of address dealing with my K-2, it did take two e-mails!! david_dawei
I'd give it the old "1-2"... Give a left hook [call] to NVC, and an uppercut right to GUZ... The idea is to knock some sense into them Link to comment
