shaffej7070
I thought I had the new AOS appointment letter in a safe place, but apparently it is missing. I have searched every nook and cranny, and now believe it somehow got trashed. Our new interview is scheduled this Thursday @ 9 am. What do I do without the new appointment letter? Link to comment

Would an InfoPass appointment resolve this matter? I'm such a bonehead. I never lose important documents. Link to comment

Call that number or local office where you did your bio and see what they advise. But today is MLK Day and USCIS has the day off. I did make an InfoPass appointment for tomorrow morning and read on VJ where this type of incident has happened , and was a matter of making an InfoPass appointment and then receiving a copy of that appointment letter. I'm not telling any member what to do in such a case since the outcome is yet to be determined. However, I ask you this David...Do you believe this matter can be resolved easily with an InfoPass? Have you read of similiar experiences of lost appointment letters? Link to comment
