It is much like filing for a CR-1 visa for spouse. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide1 You will need to include son's birth cert to show relationship to your spouse, and a copy of marriage cert to show step-parent relationship. MikeXiao Posted January 20, 2008 Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 Yes. File the I-130 including all information about your marriage. I screwed up on ours, and did not send more marriage proof with my wife for the interview. Also expect a DNA test. Link to comment
