waldowaldos
My wife has been waiting for over a year for her green card. Today, I went to the USCIS website and noticed that the status of the case has changed to ¡°Your case is currently undergoing a required review by an immigration officer.¡± Does this mean a decision will be made soon or does it just mean to keep waiting? Her employment card expires this month, and we like to avoid paying the money if her green card is coming soon. Thanks for all your help. Link to comment
pkfops
Keep checking. Maybe you security check is done. We just did another EAD and if our GC comes anytime soon my wife will be mad. $$$$$$$$$$ I didn't tell her about the new fee. Link to comment
Randy W
Don't count on the green card coming through - they say to apply for an EAD renewal 90 days before it expires. Link to comment
