I finished our packet for EAD #3 today and will send

it this week.

 

Maybe the Gov will fugure they have scammed us

for enough $$$ and get the GC rolling.

She was called in for more fingerprints last week, hopefully that's a good sign. At least we don't don't have nearly as far to drive as Ty does.

That's a good sign as the bio is only good for six months.

we just recieved our second one.

 

thats 700 bucks so far for workers permits

 

not to mention the AP we'll have to file for over the next few months

The new fee structure is $1010 for the I-485, which includes (I guess) unlimited EAD and AP. We have to pay for it each year at the new rate.

so when you apply for the new AOS you have unlimited EAD and AP's while you wait?
