Buying a house and how to keep it

Well, In the beginning of this post I was seriously considering to help my lao po buy the house but after a few posts I was convinced not to but the last two posts had really made me think... If the economy is booming and if there can be a profit to be made... Why not take the chance? heheeh well guess I won't know

 

I would sell the house. My wife listened to some bad advise on 001 and kept her house "just in case". For the past 2 years this house has been nothing but a worry for her. There is no one to look in on the house and she has no idea if it is vacant or occupied by squatters. She has no idea how to get rid of it now.
