jdogg Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 My wife sent in the I-485 to the Chicago lock box in Jan of 07. She completed her bio-metrics in Feb and the case was transfered to CSC in late Feb. Since the case has been transfered, we have not heard anything from USCIS. I've noticed on this forum that most members are getting their GC in about 6 months. So I scheduled a info pass and was told that she is in name check. Should I be concerned? Am I in name check hell?
