First of all, DS-156 is for non-immigrant purposes and, therefore, many of the questions are award for K3 visas. 1) For the chinese telegraph code, I have heard that you really don't need to fill it and N/A will do. Is this the case? 2) Question 19. The purpose of your trip? Should we say K3 visa or do you have any other recommendations? 3) Question 22. how long do you intend to say in the US?Since my wife is on K3 and she can stay for 2 years and will get her green card and can stay indefinitly, it is kind of tricky to answer this one.
