I sent my step-son's I-130 app into Nebraska per instructions.

Now, I find it seems only CSC and VSC are performing the processing.

Guess this means a transfer, wonder what kind of delay this will cause?

I guess we will have to wait and see on this one. The USCIS is constantly changing procedures.
