EMS Tracking?

I called DoS this morning, they say GuangZhou sent EMS letter to LiNing on 12/12. They gave me a tracking number. Does anyone know how to access EMS? Can she do it on her computer or is there a number she should call? Do they deliver on Saturday?

Hi I checked out their web site and for local EMS (inside Mainland china) packages you have to call from China.

No problem, were all here to share what we have learned during this process. If EMS mailed it on the 12th you should probably get it on the 13th. Ours was mailed to Shanghai, on the 11th and Lili, got it on the 12.. Good luck, let me know.

LiNing says that you can only track international EMS by computer, not mail within China. She called the local office first thing this morning and they had no idea when her letter would arrive, and the tracking number meant nothing to them. Only 3 planes a week from GuangZhou to ChangZhou, hopefully it will be there tomorrow.

they sound as organized as State then. An AWB # should mean only one thing to a shipping company... Unless all is done by hand that is.. then tracking is out of the window

Yes international, but inside Mainland China, is considered local and you have call them.
